"Slurgar Interrupts a Picnic" from "Circee and the Big Swim". This illustration shows Biter, Circee, and Hookil finding Slurgar, a new monster to the group. He was terribly hungry and took all the sandwiches and pies for himself. This work was done in graphite and is one of the spot illustrations from the first Monster Island book.
