Magnet Lad is far and away the most powerful of the heroes (although R-713 is close), but has one very powerful drawback... he is insane. When Magnet Lad's accident occured and he was struck in the head with meteor fragments, the young man was gifted with the ability to control and direct magnetic fields. Due to the meteor fragments imbedded in his head, Magnet Lad suffers from delusions and hallucinations whenever he utilizes his powers. His helmet also helps him to control his power. Magnet Lad is friendly with everyone and very good friends with Brandon the Wonderdog and R-713.
