The Small Guy is a South American paranormalist and spirit hunter who has had numerous business relations with Megan. He stands only 3 feet tall but has the comparative strength of 2 strong men. He is also well versed in the combative arts as well as numerous culture's legends and lore. Occasionally he visits Big City when his work leads him there. Splucky, the Liquid Man, was a grad student who was working with Doctor Andreos Fragos when the mad doctor subjected him to a chemical bath and radiation treatment. The combination of those elements in addition to a freshly unlocked prime recessive gene (the source of a hero's power) caused his body to become incredibly malleable.
